The 52 hectare project site is in Bodrum, overlooking the Aegean Sea. Bodrum is a town and district in Muğla Province, Turkey, with the historic Bodrum Castle situated in the bay to the northeast of the project site.

Envisioned as a luxury waterfront destination, the development combines contemporary design with lush green landscaping and high-end amenities tailored for an affluent clientele.

The masterplan incorporates 245 luxury villas set within verdant landscaping all with uninterrupted sea views. A 70,000 sqm luxury shopping mall is strategically placed near the marina, featuring boutique stores, fine dining restaurants, health and fitness facilities and destination entertainment hubs. A 202 keys luxury hotel is situated at the seaward end of the peninsular to create a landmark addition to the Bodrum coastline.

The new marina provides berthing and full marina shore facilities to cater for more than 1,000 yachts and super yachts.
