Location: Kyrenia, Turkish Republic of North Cyprus

Type: Mixed Use Development and Conceptual Masterplan.

GFA: 45,075 m² (above ground)

As part of the revitalisation of the seaside town of Kyrenia, a conceptual vision masterplan has been developed. This ambitious scheme includes luxury villas, apartments, a hotel, retail and F&B outlets, entertainment facilities, a concert hall, and a 630-berth marina with newly created beaches near Kyrenia Castle and the historic harbour.

The Kyrenia Residential Project forms a key component of this 150,500 sqm mixed-use masterplan in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. This landmark development features a 12 storey luxury apartment building comprising 380 high-end residential units. In addition to premium living spaces, the project offers a full suite of amenities, including entertainment areas, a spa, a health and fitness centre, retail and F&B outlets, and a sky garden.

A unique feature of the project is a lazy river that flows from the building’s basement through a tunnel to the newly proposed beach near Kyrenia Castle. Flanked by terraced gardens filled with bougainvillea and anchored by a cascading waterfall, the river creates a tranquil and visually striking connection between the residential building and the seafront.
